The process of making a game has a lot of ups and downs and in this week I will discuss what I think went right and what I think went wrong.

Positives:

- When everyone in the team meets at once a humongous about of progress on the game.

- The team planning each week was great with very focused tasks to improve the game every week.

- The game GDD was constantly updated to keep everyone on track on the game and how they look.

Negatives:

- Some member didn't show up to meetings and that slowed down production.

- The git repository was another big issue. There was some people causing errors and others not using it at all.

- The communication between group members. Sometimes people would do others tasks because they never checked trello.

Reflections:

In the future I would look at both of these sections and continue to improve. While our GDD and our Trello tasks were always well maintained the issue was people never looked at that trello. So, in the future I would set up a trello deadline day and check to see if group members have updated their tasks. Another thing that I would change for the future is make an official meeting day and have it be an absolute requirement for everyone to come and have a production meeting for at least an hour or so. The next thing I would do is make sure everyone can use the git repository and require everyone to use it. The last thing is I would also have at the beginning of every meeting what tasks people plan to work on so there is no confusion within the group.
