Things that went right:

· As the term went on our game changed a lot for the better

· I was able to save a lot of time by working with Kat to implement my assets

· Every team member contributed a lot to the game


Things that went wrong:

· Communication errors led to wasted time and effort

· Had a lot of issues with git

· We struggled to get animations to feel more satisfying for the player


For the future:

For future projects I work on to remedy the issues we dealt with on Holy Testers I would have the artists and developers work more with each other. I worked with closely with Kat and for most of the time I knew what the both of us could get done each week. I would also have one or two people be in charge of handling and managing Git just to have it be better organized.
