Things that went right:
-Everyone was assigned to the right roles, we knew our capabilites
-Team got a long super well, made working together fun and interesting
-Ideas for the game rapidly expanded as we bounced concepts and ideas off of eachother
Things that went wrong:
-Procrastination was kind of an issue (I'll take a lot of the blame for that myself)
-Game breaking bugs were everywhere
-Using git got really messy (mostly my fault since Drexel (thanks Drexel) never taught me more than simple pushing and pulling with git)
Lessons learned:
NEVER leave anything for the last minute
Don't bite off more than you can chew
Always make sure what you have is working well before adding in more, it'll cause a huge pile of messes in the future
Communication HAS to be done and done well
