Positives:

- Team meeting went well and the group all seems to be on the same page and aware of their roles

- Creation of one-pager went smoothly and was received well by the team

Negatives:

- One team member was missing in the initial meeting due to scheduling conflicts, we'll make sure to give everyone ample time to RSVP to meetings in the future
